The work
Food processing equipment work goes back to BBC's early years and is still one of the industries we serve. Spiral feed molds, coater rolls and conveyor components all wear where they meet product.
Hard chrome adds a hard, low-friction surface that is both a wear surface and a release surface. Rolls are plated up to 6" × 29" and ground back to diameter in the same building.

- Cylindrical grinding to finished diameter
