CNC Machining
Precision CNC Machining — Up to 27" × 100"
Four-axis multitasking turning and milling, engine lathes and a boring mill — on material up to 27" x 100" and 2000 lbs, in research, prototype and production volumes.
What we machine
A repair is rarely just a coating. Worn material gets machined off before plating or spray goes on, threads and keyways get recut, and features get restored to the drawing. CNC machining is what makes the rest of the floor work.
We also machine new components outright — research, prototype and production volumes — for customers who are already sending us repair work and would rather keep it in one shop.
Fixturing is manufactured in house, which gives us greater control over the entire manufacturing process. BBC is a full service machine facility.
