This website does not require you to create an account, and it does not sell anything online. The quote and contact features on the site open your own email application with the details you have entered, so any message you send reaches us by ordinary email — the same as if you had emailed us directly. We receive whatever you choose to put in that message: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of your part.

We use that information only to respond to your enquiry and to quote and perform the work. We do not sell it. Please do not send controlled, export-restricted or classified data through the website or by unencrypted email — contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate method.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. If analytics or embedded content are added in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to quote, perform and stand behind the work, and to meet our record-keeping obligations — including the documentation required of an FAA Repair Station under FAR 145. You may ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it where we are not required to retain it.
