Machinery Repair

Industrial Machinery & Equipment Repair

Worn, damaged or obsolete components brought back to service.

Repair over replacement

Replacing an industrial component means lead time, and on older equipment it can mean the part no longer exists. Repair puts the original back in service — often with a harder wearing surface than it left the factory with.

Machinery repair here is not a separate department. It is the plating, spray, welding, machining, grinding and inspection already on the floor, applied to whatever came through the door.

What a repair can involve

  • Hard chrome plating for buildup of worn surfaces
  • Thermal spray coating for wear and corrosion resistance
  • Weld build-up where heavier material is needed
  • CNC machining to restore features
  • Precision grinding to final dimension
  • Non-destructive testing before it ships
  • Dynamic balancing on rotating components
