Precision Machining, Plating & Coating Services
Everything happens in one building. Plating, spray, welding, machining, grinding, balancing and inspection sit on the same floor. A rebuild does not ship between vendors — which removes a handoff, a freight leg, and a place for the schedule to slip.
Hard Chrome Plating
Hard chrome plating from .0001" for corrosion protection to .050" for rebuild, to AMS 2460 and AMS 2406.
Thermal Spray Coatings
Plasma flame, flame, twin wire arc and thermo spray coatings to AMS 2437 — carbides, ceramics and metallics on parts up to 6" × 120".
Precision Grinding
Cylindrical and internal ID grinding — the finishing step that brings plated and sprayed components back to print.
CNC Machining
CNC turning, boring, drilling, threading and keyway machining on material up to 27" x 100" — for new components and for the repairs that need material cut before it goes back on.
Non-Destructive Testing
Magnetic particle inspection to ASTM 1444 and liquid penetrant inspection to ASTM 1417, in-house.
Welding
MIG, TIG and arc welding, including build-up on worn components.
Machinery Repair
Industrial equipment repair and component restoration, drawing on every process in the building.
Dynamic Balancing
Dynamic balancing on rotating components, in-house alongside grinding and machining.
