The people on the floor

BBC is a job shop, not a call centre. The person who answers the phone can point you at the trade you need.

Sample team — replace with real staff

BBC does not currently publish staff names, so the people below are placeholder profiles showing the page layout. Swap in real names, roles and photographs (or ask to keep this page focused on trades rather than individuals). The FAA Repair Station credential referenced elsewhere on the site is real.

How the shop is organised

Work at BBC is organised around the trades on the floor rather than around departments. Because plating, spray, grinding, machining, welding and inspection all sit under one roof, the people here see a part through more of its life than they would in a single-process shop.

The profiles below are samples for layout purposes. When BBC supplies real team members, they replace these in place.
